Who we are
C.E. Bricklaying & Construction is a building company based in Devizes, Wiltshire. We are responsible for the personal information you share with us.
What we collect
When you use our enquiry form we collect your name, email address, phone number, project location and the message you write. If you call or email us directly, we keep the details you give us.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, discuss your project and prepare a quote. If you become a customer, we use it to carry out and manage the work.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted within 12 months. Customer records are kept for as long as needed for guarantees, accounts and legal obligations, then deleted.
Sharing
We never sell your data. We only share it where needed to deliver your project (for example with our architect, structural engineer or subcontractors) or where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
